Skin treatment for combination skin?

Combination skin can be best solved by the method of cleansing, regardless of the brand you use, it should be gentle, non comedogenic and oil free. As you didn't list your age, I will address this for both teenage and young woman (less than 30) age.This is the routine:Cleanse (with a daily cleanser, NOT soap, Total Effect by Oil of Olay, is meant to address both signs of aging as well as acne. It is designed for combination skin if you are over 24 or so. If not, Clean and Clear has a great one for combo. Head to walgreens or walmart.Tone - Loreal and Clean and Clear both make a GREAT gentle toner to wake up your skin and eliminate any traces of impurities which causes acne and dull looking skin.Moisturize: Oil free moisturizer by both Oil of Olay and Clean and Clear and Neutrogena are all great. I've heard that Aveeno has a good one, but I'm not a fan of the scent.Exfoliate 3 times a week, GENTLY! do this in place of ! regular cleansing on those day.Do the routine morning and MOST especially night!Refrain from putting on cosmetics on a face that hasn't been cleansed properly.Between final moisturizing (oil free) and applying foundation or makeup, wait at LEAST five minutes.Avoid touching your face with your finger tips throughout the day.Using make up applicators instead of fingers will reduce the bacteria that can exacerbate combo skin.Taking a multivitamin Hair, Skin & Nail formula will truly liven up and ease your skin into neutral.Hydrating your body with at least 40 ounces of clear juice/water is great for your skin.Hormone changes, stress, environmental factors and medicines as well as level of physical activity can all make your skin go haywire.
