Wally Perrien: Considering the minimum age for the Presidency is 35, and most Presidents have been in their fifties at least, and that basic training is a physically rigorous process designed for someone much younger, that would seem to be a good way to severely weaken the health of the Pre! sident. Anyway, basic training involves teaching basic military skills, like firing a rifle, not anything to do with command, which is the President's job.
