What should a reference letter contain?

At least that is what I would write for this "particular educational program," you are applying for.Since when does a graduate program ask for a reference from a university president? Most come from professors, academic advisers, mentors, perhaps the Dean of your program, but not the president.As in the case of your old job, the person writing it lacked written communication skills or didn't know how to write a reference letter....Show more
