Joey Mekeel: Incase something goes rong with the cell phone towers. Or if there is a massive power outage and it last for weeks. And of cource for 911. They can't, or atleast it is hard to trace cell phones if you have an emergency, and can't talk to the operator. And service is a lot better to. That's my opinion anyways.
